Where can I get one?

The Logical® Sleep Mask is exclusively available from Acurest in Brendale, a northern suburb of Brisbane, Queensland.

It is necessary for you to attend our offices in Brendale to have an impression taken of your face. It is around this mould of your face that we will construct your mask. The impression we take is very specific and highly detailed to ensure a perfect fit for your face. We cannot substitute a mould/impression that you or somebody else may make.

We hope to establish impression-taking facilities in other locations in the future, however we currently have no firm plans to do so.

From time to time, we do travel to cities in Australia to take impressions – please register your interest in our mask (enquiries@acurest.com.au) and we will contact you if we are coming to a city near you.

Referral Form

We will only be able to make you a mask if you are referred to us by a health practitioner. This can be a doctor or a clinician who is assisting you with your CPAP treatment at a sleep clinic. Please print out this form and have a health practitioner complete and sign it before coming for your impression appointment.

Warranty for The Logical® Sleep Mask

The Logical® Sleep Mask is hand-made to fit you and only you. It is made to give you thousands of hours of comfortable compliance with your CPAP therapy. As your mask is custom made for your face, we cannot offer you a refund if you decide after you receive your mask that you don’t want it.

Comfort:	We guarantee that the mask will fit you comfortably when you receive it. In the unlikely event that your mask does not fit you comfortably, we will happily make adjustments to your mask to ensure that you can use it as intended. Please contact us as soon as an issue arises and we will discuss a solution.
Workmanship:	Your mask comes with a 90 day guarantee for materials and workmanship.

Your Logical® Sleep Mask is delicate and needs to be cared for as described in the care and maintenance instructions. We do not offer any warranty over damage to the mask that arises from it being mishandled or exposed to heat.

The normal life of a Logical® Sleep Mask is approximately three years. Many users who correctly care for and maintain their mask find that the mask will last longer than this, however it will not last forever. The materials used in the mask react with the normal oils and acids in the skin, so the life of the mask will be determined in part by your skin type and by how well you clean and maintain the mask. Failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions could shorten the life of the mask.
